IP’s Variable Service Contract is designed for those companies seeking a flexible approach to supporting their IT.

The service provides:

  •  IP’s Advanced Monitoring Service (24/7 monitoring of main servers, application servers & critical PCs)
  • Telephone support and remote diagnosis / fix
  • Ad hoc on-site cover (excludes hardware maintenance. Minimum of 1.5 hrs chargeable, inclusive of travel time)
  • Scheduled on-site cover (chargeable as ½ day units, inclusive of travel time)
  • Warranty liaison
