IP’s Fixed Support contract delivers ‘peace-of-mind’ for businesses that simply cannot afford to lose their IT systems. The service provides all-embracing support with fast response times and payment schedules spread throughout the year.
The service provides:
- IP’s Advanced Monitoring ( 24/7 monitoring of main servers, application servers & critical PCs)
- Remote diagnosis and fix (server and systems software interrogation via NTR and VPN tools)
- Telephone support (unlimited calls between 0900 and 1700, Monday to Friday)
- Warranty liaison (liaison with original equipment manufacturer for claims against equipment supplied under warranty)
- On-site engineer call-out (where problem cannot be fixed remotely)
- Hardware maintenance (replacement of any faulty hardware components itemised within the contract)
