To assist those customers who do not have the resources to unpack and install new equipment, IP provides a “delivery to desk” service that could include all or any of the following:

  • Scheduled rollout
  • Decommissioning of old equipment
  • Packaging removal
  • Delivery to desk
  • Set-up and installation of new equipment
  • Software loading and testing
  • Data transfer
  • Setting-up printer drivers and network connections
  • User familiarisation training
  • User sign-off
  • Updating asset and software registers
