To assist those customers who do not have the resources to unpack and install new equipment, IP provides a “delivery to desk” service that could include all or any of the following:
- Scheduled rollout
- Decommissioning of old equipment
- Packaging removal
- Delivery to desk
- Set-up and installation of new equipment
- Software loading and testing
- Data transfer
- Setting-up printer drivers and network connections
- User familiarisation training
- User sign-off
- Updating asset and software registers
