Intelligent Performance have used our deep Microsoft Knowledge to build reliable systems for many small to medium size organisation. Whilst recommendations are available upon request, this document will outline our technical delivery and solution for one of our multi-site clients.

1.        System Targets

To allow each centre to connect fully to the main head office infrastructure and become a member of the domain, this would allow;

• Permanent Local printer installed on server
• Increased Secure Systems

1.1           Improved Communication with Centres

Intelligent Performance designed and worked with three different data carriers and provided the necessary server and VPN system to facilitate an improvement of communication. This can measured in the simplified reporting and data access that all site managers now have, and the enhanced control that the IT manager based at Head Office no has over his whole wide area network.

1.2     Permanent Local Printer installed on Server

Due to the merits of the terminal Server Solution, Intelligent Performance used it sposition of Manufacturer Independence to select the most productive and cost effective solution. Our client now has the ability to centrally handle all consumable purchasing and has saved around 30% of expenditure as a result.

1.3     Secure Systems

A secure and reliable IT system has been designed and configured to underpin the business.  In essence, this means having in place an IT system that is resilient, scalable and secure. 

This is valid from several different viewpoints, including secure from internal abuses and accidents, external sources and is recoverable in the event of a Disaster.

The creation of a Point-Point Draytek VPN solution has further hitend the security of our clients network, for minimal investment.
